To reduce our impact on the environment, BistroBox can collect your used containers, Styrofoam boxes, and ice packs on the last Thursday of every month.

And not only will you be helping us help the environment, we will give you a 10% discount on your next order.

So, let’s make this a “win-win” all around for you and our lovely planet!

How to book pick up

Fill in our recycling form by clicking the button below.
We will contact our courier and you will get confirmation by text message.
Leave the packages outside your door and they will be collected within 1-2 days.

Get ready for pick-up

Send all boxes, containers and ice packs (but not small sauce containers or bottles, or non BistroBox packaging!!!).
All containers should be washed properly for re-use.
Please note that we can only pick up one box at a time. We suggest therefore you pack the biggest box with the smaller containers and ice packs.

For group and bike delivery.

You can return the boxes, containers and ice packs when you receive your orders if you let us know in advance. Our delivery person can pick them up.
